Like milestones, which were used to name places in the past, ten local artists have created their own visual markers of areas in Singapore. Come explore their artworks, which are visual interpretations of personal memories, and life experiences in this place they call home. Look out for sculptures by Yeo Chee Kiong, Michael Ong, Sim Lian Huat and 1995 Top cultural medallion award winner Han Sai Por displayed at The Plaza of the National Library. |

Theme: Places and Identity. Artists create artworks to respond to places that have significance in their past memories or life experiences in Singapore. Through these artworks, the artists explore the myths, legends and history of their identified places, and reflect on their current and future perspective.
Artworks: Indoor and outdoor 3D artworks including sculptures and installation art.
